Dairy Foods Virtual Office Hours

Join us for Dairy Foods Virtual Office Hours on Wednesday, June 21st. Dr. Sam Alcaine, Associate Professor from Cornell University, will present on the “Northeast Dairy Food Research Center – Entrepreneurship & Research Initiatives." Following his presentation, members of the Cornell Dairy Foods Extension Program and representatives from the Division of Milk Control and Dairy Services at the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets will join a panel to address questions in a moderated Q&A.

Dairy Foods Virtual Office Hours are hosted in collaboration with the Dairy Foods Extension Program, the New York Integrated Food Safety Center of Excellence, and the IFS@CU.
