Join us for the last session of Dairy Foods Virtual Office Hours in 2022! We will talk about new and emerging technologies that are sparking the interest of the dairy industry. The session will begin with a short presentation, “From a good idea to an objective decision: How to go about making a decision on a new technology,” followed by a moderated Q&A with a panel of experts from Cornell University’s Food Science Department.
