Join us for the last session of Dairy Foods Virtual Office Hours in 2022! We will talk about new and emerging technologies that are sparking the interest of the dairy industry. The session will begin with a short presentation, “From a good idea to an objective decision: How to go about making a decision on a new technology,” followed by a moderated Q&A with a panel of experts from Cornell University’s Food Science Department.

To learn more about new dairy processing technologies, visit the Cornell Food Safety Laboratory and Milk Quality Improvement Program’s website. Dairy Foods Virtual Office Hours are hosted in collaboration with the Cornell Dairy Foods Extension program, the New York Integrated Food Safety Center of Excellence, and the IFS@CU.
