Join members of Cornell's New York Soil Health Team, Cayuga and Tompkins Soil and Water Districts, and King's AgriSeeds/Cayuga Ag Enterprises to view and discuss cover crops. We have 24 large cover crop plots to walk through, and we'll have plants dug up to compare roots. You'll see your standard fall cover crops like cereal rye, oats, and peas but don't miss the forage turnips, canola, multiple clovers, and many mixes. Stay as the sun sets for dinner and continued conversation.
