Do you dream of owning your own food business? Join us on Tuesday, Oct. 22 for a free food product development workshop. Hosted by the New York State Center of Excellence for Food and Agriculture at Cornell AgriTech and Cornell Cooperative Extension Washington County, this hands-on workshop will give aspiring food and beverage producers and entrepreneurs an introduction to food safety and product development and provide the framework needed to bring new food and beverage innovations to market. Attendees will be able to bring their food prototypes to test for pH, water activity and other food safety analytics.
