In this follow up workshop, participants will dive deeper into the causes of distress over social and political differences, learn effective strategies on how to manage the physical experience of that stress, discover how to have meaningful conversations with someone whose views are completely different while remaining calm and engaged, and explore how we can make peace with emotional roadblocks. Participants need not have attended the first workshop in December 2020 to participate in this workshop. Everyone welcome.

Facilitated by Bathabile K.S. Mthombeni, J.D., M.S.

This faculty and staff roundtable lunch is sponsored by the Offices of Diversity & Inclusion in CALS, the Dyson School, Johnson Graduate School, School of Hotel Administration, and Cornell SC Johnson College of Business.
