Shravanika Kumaran ‘25

Shravanika is a senior, returning to the role in the computational biology concentration. In the summers, she has done research in Ithaca. She is in the Yu Lab which is a computational biology lab. She has been working on rebuilding one of their websites which is a protein interface database. She is also involved in the artistic bead club for fun because she enjoys arts and crafts. She also likes jigsaw puzzles and crocheting.

Her words of advice for new students

“Don’t worry about how your experience at Cornell is going to go before it starts because all things fall in place and you’ll find what interests you naturally as you explore the numerous options and opportunities. There are a lot of places and people to help you so definitely reach out!“
