Claire Kim ‘25
This year, Claire will be a senior, returning to the Student Advisor role, and concentrating in Cell & Molecular Biology. In previous summers she volunteered at a local hospital near her home, and this summer she is continuing her research at Cornell's College of Veterinary Medicine in the Cheong Lab. She is currently involved in a study aimed to understand how exosome supplementation can improve the cyotolerance of invitro-produced embryos. At Cornell, she is a member of the Cornell Undergraduate Research Board, RCPRS and Rho Psi Eta - a pre-health sorority. She plans to take a gap year after graduation in preparation for medical school. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, window shopping, and spending time with friends and family.
Claire's words of advice to incoming students:
"Don’t be too hard on yourself, you’re just getting started (and we’re here to help)!"
