Andrew Kim ‘25

Andrew is a returning student advisor in his senior year with a concentration in Neurobiology and Behavior. He plans to enter the medical field after graduation. On campus, he is involved in Club Track and Field, is a Teacher's Assistant for the Genetics class required for the major, and is in EYES - Encouraging Young Engineers and Scientists organization. He does research in the Sheehan Lab studying animal social behavior of mice and wasps. For fun he enjoys going on runs around the trails in Ithaca, isn't afraid to binge watch some good shows, and read.

Andrew's words of advice to new students:

“The first year as a biology major at Cornell is challenging to most students, so don’t feel too bad if you’re struggling! Also, everyone is trying to make friends freshman year, so put yourself out there. There are plenty of organizations and clubs to find people with similar interests!”
