Jennifer Yeh '24

Jennifer is concentrating in Animal Physiology with plans to attend medical school.  On campus, she is part of Big Red Ambassadors and Alpha Chi Omega, is on the E-board of Big Red Thon, and TAs for CHEM 2070 and BIOEE 1780.  She conducts research at the College of Veterinary Medicine, investigating the effects of a gene on gut organogenesis and asymmetry.  In her free time, Jennifer enjoys crocheting, tennis, piano, and shopping.  Her favorite courses at Cornell have been BIOG 1440, PSYCH 1101, and ENGL 1105: Female Desire in the Digital Age.  In previous summers, she has pursued Emergency Medical Responder and CPR/AED certification, clinical shadowing in pediatrics, and interning at a hospital.  She has a twin brother. 

Jennifer’s words of advice to incoming students:

“Don’t stress about trying to get super involved too quickly!  Over the year, you will find opportunities you truly enjoy and are passionate about.”
