Dylan Beegal ‘25

Dylan is concentrating in Microbiology and plans to attend an MD/PhD program after graduation! At Cornell, Dylan does virology research in the Aguilar-Carreno Lab, is an active member of the Biology Scholars Program (BSP), Alpha Chi Omega, and Sport TaeKwonDo. She also works at the Dairy Bar takes part in the BigRedTHON, ACS, Best Buddies, and domestic violence awareness! Dylan’s favorite course at Cornell is BSOC 2100: Plagues and People. Next summer, she will be doing immunology research at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia! For fun, Dylan likes to be with nature, paint outside, and go on hikes.

Dylan’s words of advice to incoming students:

Say yes to any new opportunities, whether it be a low commitment club or an interview for something you have never done before. Being open to new opportunities is the best way to find your niche and explore everything Cornell has to offer.”
