Diane Kang ‘24

Diane is concentrating in General Biology and plans to take a gap year before going to dental school after graduation! At Cornell, Diane does research around geriatrics and psychology, is a CALS Ambassador, an OUB Student Advisor, and is an E-Board member and a mentor for the Cornell University Research Board Peer Mentorship. Last summer, Diane took intro physics courses at a university near her hometown, and next summer, she plans to shadow at a local dentist’s office and prepare for the Dental Admissions Test! Her favorite courses at Cornell have been EDUC 2410, PAM 2350, BSOC 2468, and NS 3150. In her free time, she likes to walk to Ithaca Commons to explore nice restaurants and unique local stores whenever the weather is nice, watch TV/movies, and play musical instruments!

Her words of advice to new students

“We’ve all been there once, and we know exactly how you feel right now! Please feel free to reach out to us!”
