Focusing on what makes behavioral interventions and policies equitably improve how people live, learn, and work. More specifically, (1) how individual, social, and structural factors contribute to group-level disparities, particularly in education, health, and workplace outcomes, and (2) uses empirical findings to design, implement, scale, and sustain contextualized interventions that promote systems of social equity.
