Conference Refund Policy
Email cancellations, requests for refunds, and/or changes for the virtual conference will be accepted until Monday, October 5. After October 5, refunds will be given at staff discretion. Refunds will be returned according to the original payment method and process. Substitution of registrant is permitted. Contact Heather Darrow at hh96 [at] cornell.edu to make substitutions.
