Registration Policies

Email Address Required

An email address is required to register and access course content. Additionally, the email address used during registration must be unique to the person who will be participating in the course. This same email address should also be used for accessing the online classroom in Moodle.   Only one registration per email address may be submitted.Members of the same company or farm may not register online using the same email address. 

If you are registering on behalf of the person attending, you will have anoption to enter your email to receive confirmation emails for the person attending.

Post-Registration Process

Upon registration, you will receive an email that confirms your registration, payment and any outlines any next steps.  A separate email will be sent 2 weeks prior to the course start date and will provide instructions on accessing course content. 

Refund Policy

A full refund of the registration fee paid will be given if notification is provided 1 week or more prior to the first day of the course. Cancellations less than 1 week before the course starts will receive a refund at staff discretion. Refunds will be returned according to original payment method and process. Substitutions of attendees are permitted but must be approved by the conference coordinator.
