Course Registration

Cancellation and Refund Policies

All cancellation and refund requests must be received by emailing dmconf [at] cornell.edu.

  • Cancellations received on or before May 22 will received a full refund.
  • Cancellations received after May 22 and before May 30 will receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee.
  • If you do not cancel by May 30 and do not attend the conference, no refunds will be given.
  • A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to May 31, 2023.

Refund Payment Policy

Refunds will be returned according to original payment method and process. Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card on file within 7 days of notification of cancellation. Payments made by check will be refunded by check from Cornell University and will take 4-6 weeks for processing.
