OIT can assist you with the following items:

Request classroom technology support including classroom computers, podiums, projectors, and wireless devices. We help resolve technology related issues within classrooms. 

Request support with devices such as desktops, laptops, notebooks, printers, and tablets including troubleshooting, repair, software installation, maintenance, hardware and software ordering, printer setup, or assistance with computer accounts.

Request application support for CALS OIT applications including R&B, TAS, Salesforce, Interfolio, NextGen, or request new licenses for SmartSheet.

Some instructors may not have an ideal location, equipment, or network conducive to create quality recordings of course content. CALS has equipped three rooms (Emerson 251 and 255 and Stocking 115) to be used as mini-studios for online instruction.  These mini-studios provide a reservable location where instructors can present or record electronic course content. Reserve a mini-studio for your class.

 

Reserve a laptop for international travel. To help CALS faculty and staff better align their practices with the Security Office’s recommendations, CALS-OIT has procured loaner laptops for use when traveling internationally.

  • IT Solution Consulting Request Form The CALS OIT Administrative Computing team provides consultation, design, and development services, for custom web and vendor applications that deliver unique and differentiating capabilities required by CALS departments and units. The systems we evaluate and build include bespoke software, software as a service, Salesforce CRM, marketing automation tools, administrative systems, and research software. This form is NOT for software installation, licenses, or personal/research computing needs.

  • Room Audio-Visual Upgrade / Renovation Request CALS OIT provides consultation and project management to CALS departments for classroom, lecture hall, lab, conference room, seminar room, huddle space and meeting room audio-visual upgrades and renovations. We are available to work with CALS departments to identify equipment needs based on instructional or department functional goals and work with departments, CALS facilities, vendors, and other cross functional units as necessary to deliver the AV solutions that CALS requires. Please use this form to initiate a room audio-visual upgrade or renovation request.

The CALS OIT Business Intelligence team provides data, analysis, and support for college data to CALS departments and units based on business need. We have expertise in providing analysis for student, employee, and financial data data from enterprise systems like PeopleSoft, Workday, and KFS. All data is provided in compliance with university and federal data access policies. Please use this form to initiate a request for data.
