The Empire State Barley and Malt Summit will return to an in-person format in 2022 on December 14th from 1-9 pm at the Culinary Institute in Hyde Park, NY with the theme Celebrating Success and Planning for the Future! The Summit will bring together leaders in the New York State malting barley supply chain to provide:
- Research-based technical updates
- Best practices for success
- Supply-chain networking opportunities
