Poster printing is available to the Station community when scheduling permits. Poster output will take place on Fridays of each week as regularly as possible. The only cost for this service is to cover material expenses (see below). If you would like to use our service a 2 week notice is recommended for scheduling. Please include the following information:

Paper and Cost
Our paper choices and charges for poster printing are for materials only and are as follows, the price indicated is per square foot:
Tyvek $4.75
- Tyvek print quality is very good and is ideal for posters that will be handled and displayed several times.
- Tyvek is darn near indestructible.
Plain Paper $1.50
- Plain paper print quality is good and is ideal for posters that have single use or needs.
- Plain paper will tear and crease easily and needs to be handled with care.
Photo Gloss $3.00
- Photo gloss paper print quality is excellent and is ideal for those wanting the best possible output quality.
- Photo gloss is delicate and will scratch easily and needs to be handled with great care.
Paper size
Our poster printer uses roll paper in 36 or 42 inch width and can support lenghts of any size (up to 100 feet that is).
Application support
Software application support is very limited given the numerous applications, versions of applications and computer platforms that are in use. To ensure your poster prints properly please save your file as a pdf with a page setup size that matches the output size of your poster. Please call if you have any questions regarding this.
