CaRDI continued to make a strong impact in 2008 building on its previous successes.  CaRDI strengthened its role as a key training provider for local officials, bolstered its applied research efforts, and improved its information providing services. The activities discussed in the 2007 Annual Report were continued through 2008.  In this 2008 update, we highlight new and emerging activities and programs.
