Job Description

• Plan, implement, and evaluate innovative educational programs in youth and human development
• Work collaboratively with others to identify educational program needs and plan educational programs in youth and human development consistent with identified needs
• Actively participate with others in the association to connect youth and human development education to other program areas
• Help to represent CCE of Ulster County to community leaders, Extension colleagues, 4-H volunteers and members, Cornell University faculty and staff, government officials, and the general public in a professional manner
• Seek out opportunities to enhance program funding through grant writing and developing community partnerships

Job Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field
• Related college credits or coursework in the area of family consumer science, human development, family studies, youth and child development, experiential education, or communication
• Two year's related work experience preferred
• Previous experience in program coordination AND direct teaching experience
• Experience with public presentation in small and large groups
