Job Description

Responsible for direct program delivery, planning, implementing, and evaluating 4-H Youth and Family Development educational program for Cornell Cooperative Extension of Westchester County. Promote program objectives and plans within the assigned area of responsibility. Represent the Association to the public, community leaders, media, government officials, and Cornell University. Provide advice and education in the area of youth development, curriculum-based programs, and relative activities. Identify and structure programs that address youth needs, considering the diversity of the community.

Job Qualifications

-BA/BS appropriate to responsibilities. Coursework in education and/or science preferred.

-Minimum of one-year relevant work or related work experience with adult volunteers in a youth organization, teaching, extension type work or science with demonstrated ability to teach or work with volunteers.
