Job Description

• Provide technical expertise in the areas of product, process, and formulation to the manufacturing facilities
• Provide technical expertise to modify and improve formulation
• Assign, coordinate, and execute functions necessary to bring projects to completion
• Prioritize projects based on company and departmental goals and objectives
• Independently work with plant personnel to understand issues, plan resolutions or improvement methods, implement and test plans, evaluate action plan, and standardize or modify plan
• Understand and operate pilot plant and analytical equipment
• Possess understanding of Company's formulations and manufacturing processes along with the ability to train others
• Responsible for staying current on food industry technology and innovation for application at Company
• Administer direct supervisory responsibility for Technical Services personnel involving human resource functions that include section, hiring, training, performance, evaluations, promotional recommendations, and work schedules

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food / Dairy Science or a related field
• Graduate degree preferred
• Preference will be given to candidates with related experience
• MUST be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
