Job Description
The Research Scientist will manage all field operations to produce maize double haploid (DH) inbreds, including agronomy services, plant establishment and pollination and harvest. Manage professional and hourly personnel. Identify and respond to internal and external customer needs. Conduct research to improve field production of double haploids.

Job Qualifications
Ph.D. in Biological Science with 2 years research experience or equivalent amount of relevant education and experience. Maize agronomy and field research skills. Supervision/management, communication and interpersonal skills. Computer skills.
