Job Description

• Lead hands-on experiential education classes in natural science
• Team building and recreation using the classroom of the Cuyamaca Mountains in northeast San Diego County
• Providing inspiration and leadership to the students in the program

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in education, environmental studies, recreation, or a related field (equivalent life experience accepted)
• Experience working with children in an outdoor setting
• Good communication skills including speaking in front of groups
• Applicants should be energetic and motivated with a sincere desire to work with children in the outdoors
