Job Description
The Knowledge Transfer Specialist will be responsible for communicating the National Pork Board programs, activities and events with all pork producers. This position, located in our Clive, IA office, requires a bachelor's degree in Ag Education, Animal Science or Marketing.
Job Qualifications
Excellent writing and oral communications skills are also necessary as this person will be communicating with producers and people within the industry. Good listening skills, strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to work one-on-one with others in the organization and within the industry are critical. A background in the swine industry is strongly preferred. This job requires extensive, ongoing travel and a valid driver's license.
