Job Description
- Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of Agtech's embryo transfer and artificial insemination products including selling educational hands-on ET and AI training workshops
- Responsibilities over the phone such as responding to quotation requests, entering live telephone orders, and explaining how livestock reproduction products work.
- Contacting veterinarians, beef and dairy breeders, and universities by e-mail, phone, and fax
- Discussing trade show strategy with management
- Participating in marketing meetings
- Expected results from all of the above include increasing the customer base, order value, and order frequency
Job Qualifications
- Bilingual
- 4 year degree
- Must pass a standard employment drug screening test and sign an employment contract
- Experience with ET & AI reproduction in dairy cattle or beef cattle
- Excels at inside sales or desires to train as an inside sales person
- Self-confident high motivated by money, eager to learn, persistent, competitive, able to cope with rejection, and a good listener
- Enthusiastic, outgoing personality is required
- Proven track record of inside sales success is beneficial
* Insurance includes medical, prescription drug co-pay, dental, and vision coverage
* Paid vacation: After one year receive 40 hours paid vacation & 80 hours after two years of employment
* Paid Time Off: Six days to use as you require
* Paid Holidays Off: Six national holidays
Salary
36,000 or commission (whichever is greater)
