Job Description

Responsible for new product / equipment projects
Use creativity and innovation to solve production related issues
Involve in process improvement projects
Cultivate and maintain cooperative working relationship with clients and suppliers
Involve in new product research and development activities
Responsible for quality assurance relate functions
Establish standard procedures to ensure compliance (USDA, HACCP, GMP, SSOPs) and product quality
Keep and prepare documentation to fulfill clients and regulatory agencies requirements

Job Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Food Engineering. Master's degree or above in either Food Engineering or other related fields is highly desirable
Fulltime experience in a manufacturing environment within the food industry is highly desirable
In-depth knowledge of regulatory guidelines including USDA, FDA, HACCP, GMP
Broad and diverse knowledge of food production process
In depth knowledge of cereal science is highly desirable
Understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
Ability to manage large scale projects involving multiple disciplines and locations to successfully meet objectives
Computer literate
Ability to read and write in English and Chinese is highly desirable
Current driver's license
Ability to travel when required
