Job Description
- Responsible for new product / equipment projects
- Use creativity and innovation to solve production related issues
- Involve in process improvement projects
- Cultivate and maintain cooperative working relationship with clients and suppliers
- Involve in new product research and development activities
- Responsible for quality assurance relate functions
- Establish standard procedures to ensure compliance (USDA, HACCP, GMP, SSOPs) and product quality
- Keep and prepare documentation to fulfill clients and regulatory agencies requirements
Job Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Food Engineering. Master's degree or above in either Food Engineering or other related fields is highly desirable
- Fulltime experience in a manufacturing environment within the food industry is highly desirable
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory guidelines including USDA, FDA, HACCP, GMP
- Broad and diverse knowledge of food production process
- In depth knowledge of cereal science is highly desirable
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
- Ability to manage large scale projects involving multiple disciplines and locations to successfully meet objectives
- Computer literate
- Ability to read and write in English and Chinese is highly desirable
- Current driver's license
- Ability to travel when required
