Job Description
The primary role of the Eat Well Play Hard Coordinator is to establish a nutrition education and physical activity project in Dutchess County for the prevention of childhood obesity, coordinating community-based resources leading to sustained environmental and policy changes to reduce risks for chronic diseases during the pre-school through elementary school period. The primary focus of this position is the provision of in-depth disciplinary support and input into program development, evaluation, marketing, and leadership.

Job Qualifications
Required:
- Masters Degree in Related Field plus
- Minimum of two years directly related experience plus
- Registered Dietitian (active registration with Professional Development Portfolio)
Necessary:
- Certified to practice in New York State
- Experience in Community Nutrition
- Experience with evaluation, including but not limited to outcomes identification
- Experience with confidentiality, computer data management and fiscal accountabilities
