Job Description
* Intranet and external Web site administration: creation of new content areas, updating content, performing site audits * Internal Web site promotion and training * Quality maintenance/Six Sigma process excellence: * Help create and manage direct marketing / permission marketing program for worldwide business * External web site updates * SharePoint administration for communications team and division * Administration of graphic libraries and online resources * Administration and training for equity venture extranet site * Administration of eBusiness user groups * Assist with the management of CDT’s online portfolio of sites, internal and external. Report on activity and help gather market data based on usage data. * Help manage marketing database and strategy for future development and use * Help define, develop and maintain CDT SharePoint sites * Assist CDT regions with global web site development
Job Qualifications
Self-starter, flexible, higher performance individual contributor and team player * Willingness to learn new computer programs and perform Web maintenance * Strong computer skills in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word * Previous experience in marketing, communications, or IT department * Ability to multi-task, take initiative, and handle urgent requests on short notice * Willingness to perform time consuming tasks as well as taking on a high profile assignment Desired Skills: * Previous Internet/intranet site development and maintenance experience (Experience using Microsoft Frontpage Web editing tool highly desirable.) * Experience in working with people from Asian cultures is helpful * Interaction and experience with International Businesses would be a strong plus * Knowledge of Share Point program * Multimedia experience a plus Education and Experience: * Bachelor's Degree - concentration in internet communications or similar field * Previous experience (1-3 years) in direct or permission marketing, communications or web site management
