Job Description
Seneca County Cornell Cooperative Extension seeks an energetic and creative leader for their 4-H and Youth Development programs. The 4-H Youth Development Resource Educator will work collaboratively in the Association to shape and manage a progressive youth development program portfolio that identifies and meets the needs of county youth and families.

Job Qualifications
Masters Degree in subject matter in area related to duties of this position, plus related experience required.
· 4 years or more experience in Cooperative Extension or equivalent professional education or management position preferred.
· Additional course work and/or experience in education, marketing, management, youth and/or leadership development preferred.
