Job Description
The CauseWay Agency, based in Westport, CT, is a leader in non-profit communications, advertising, marketing, media monitoring and outreach. In the past year, CauseWay has successfully worked with industry leaders, including the US Fund for UNICEF, the National Crime Prevention Council (McGruff), the National Fair Housing Alliance, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Jeffrey Modell Foundation, among many others.
The position in a growing agency allows the candidate to work directly under senior advertising experts and leadership, offering a valuable learning and growth opportunity. Assembling new business presentations, weekly reports, while also conducting daily administrative duties is expected of a successful manager.
Job Qualifications
A qualified candidate will have exhibited genuine interest in non-profit causes, strong communication skills and have strong interpersonal skills. An undergraduate degree and previous relevant work and leadership experience should complement the role. Top candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. SQL Server Management and Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience are also highly looked upon, but additional training in those will be provided.
