Job Description
Responsibilities:
Basic - Discover, in an assigned area, agricultural customers needs and wants and offer Monroe Tractor solutions.
Specific - Form relationships with all Ag customers in assigned area
- Help customers with equipment issues by learning how to apply MT products to customers farming practices
- Learn product features, adantages and benefits.
- Understand farming methods of each potential customer.
- Develop interpersonal and sales skills that entice the customer to want to invest in MT's capital equipment offerings.
- Manage the customer base in your area using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Authority: To price sales deals and value trades with input from Branch Manager.
Job Qualifications
Relationships: General and Branch Management for direction and tools to accomplish your job.
- Department heads (Parts and Service) for communication of issues with your customers
- Other salespersons for information on pending trades or expertise on how to help customers with particular products
- Vendor reps for information regarding availability, pricing and performance of their products
