Description:
Reporting to the Director of Client Solutions, this position will primarily be responsible for managing client engagements and project delivery for [x+1] solutions, including display media, web site optimization, and landing page optimization.
In this capacity, he/she will lead client engagements (or key team member in Analyst Position), driving engagement strategy and ensuring delivery against client expectations.
He/she will lead a cross-functional operating team (across ad operations, campaign management, and analytics) on each engagement and as such will need to operate within a matrixed organizational structure.
This position will potentially service agency and/or direct-to-client relationships, and site and media offerings. Depending on the candidate’s experience a major/minor specialty will be defined.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
This individual will manage key client and agency relationships within the media and/or e-commerce organizations.
This individual will also have a number of key relationships throughout the Company including:
§ Members of the campaign management, operations, analytics, and sales teams

Requirements:
[x+1] is considering both experienced candidates and entry-level candidates for the open positions within the Client Solutions organization. Job responsibilities and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
In order for the Client Solutions candidate to be successful, he/she must exhibit:
§ Manager: 2- 4 + years of overall experience in the Online industry across technology, media/marketing, and/or strategy
§ Analyst: Entry-level candidates will be considered, online media experience is a plus
§ Excellent communication, listening and writing skills
§ Excellent project and team management skills, including stellar client management skills
§ Strong technical acumen is required
§ Excellent quantitative and analytic skills
§ Strong attention to detail
§ Ability to prioritize and organize workload for self and for other team members
§ Strong presentation skills and ability to interact with senior management
§ Understanding of online ad servers – DFA, DFP, Atlas, etc, online display media a plus
§ Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
§ MS Office fluency; Excel proficiency required
§ Technical architecture knowledge a plus
§ Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Math), Business, or Economics required
