Description:
The Campaign Management Analyst is responsible for managing media performance across a portfolio of client accounts for both agency and premium advertiser partners. The Analyst will work closely with the Client Solutions and Analytics teams to ensure campaign success for their “book” of business. He/She will become an expert on media exchange platforms, audience targeting methodologies, third-party data sources, and campaign optimization techniques.Job Qualifications
KEY Responsibilities:
§ Responsible for success of clients’ campaigns through successful management and optimization of media buying
§ Manage/optimize reach/frequency and pacing of media
§ Work closely with Analytics team to iteratively define targeting criteria and optimal bid prices and apply them to campaigns
§ Provide strategic insights for clients into performance drivers
§ Develop and socialize best practices for campaign management throughout the organization
Requirements:
In order for the Campaign Management Analyst to be successful, he/she must have/exhibit:
§ Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent from a top-tier college/university
§ 0-1 years experience in digital media analytics at a leading online advertising agency, network, advertising exchange, or optimization firm
§ Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data
§ Experience with statistics and related analysis methodologies
§ Eagerness to get hands-on to figure out how things work
§ Solid experience in Excel including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets
§ Strong verbal and written communication skills
§ Should want to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere and ability to be a self-starter
§ Impeccable attention to detail
§ Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
§ Excellent project and team management skills
§ Strong knowledge of Internet advertising industry
§ MS Office fluency; including MS Access.
§ Experience working in a team environment
§ Fluent in optimization models and strategies
§ Thirst to understand the emerging advertising landscape
