Job Description
Better Housing for Tompkins County has an opening for a full-time Finance Manager. The successful candidate will manage all business affairs for three non-profit agencies and one for profit subsidiary with ~$3.5M in total assets and an annual budget of ~ $1.4M. Process A/P and A/R, produce G/L and financial statements, and maintain bank accounts for multiple funds. Prepare grant and governmental reports. Supervise bookkeeping staff.
Job Qualifications
Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, computerized accounting systems (QuickBooks preferred), Windows and Excel 2000, essential. Bachelors Degree and min. two years of relevant experience preferred. Not-for-profit experience a plus.
