Job Description
Identify needs, plan, design, market, deliver and evaluate programs for small business owners (both potential and existing). Work closely with Association Executive Director on framing small business development as a part of a larger community and economic development initiatives; work closely with campus and community partners in county and city agencies and other community groups with related interests. Develop grants and contracts for sustained growth of the program. Develop evaluation mechanisms; research long and short-term program outcomes.

Job Qualifications
MS degree plus related experience required.
