Job Description
- Conduct applied product development for the bakery business.
- Develop technical solutions to product issues, and develop and implement product improvements.
- Participate in project teams by providing technical input and consulting.
- Organize and prepare project reports and proposals; five formal and informal presentations.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records, laboratory notebooks and computer database.
Job Qualifications
- BS Food Science with a minimum of one internship served with an R&D organization.
- Ability to work effectively with R&D peers, Project Team members, and plant personnel to drive results.
