Job Description
Willard Agri Service, an agricultural services company with five locations, has a full time opportunity at our Greenwood, Delaware location. The position title is High Q Technician, with the responsibility of maintaining current and accurate records of necessary information for assigned growers including: current/relevant farm maps, soil tests, scouting fields and reporting findings and High Q data where applicable. The candidate will develop a rapport with growers and keep in constant contact with sales reps and managers.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications include an ag background/farm experience and an ag degree preferred. Must be a champion of change with good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
