Job Description
The business official for this 5,400, 12-school district, is a critical part of the leadership of this progessive school system, which values its diversity and makes continuous efforts to eliminate race, class and disability as predictors of student or staff success. Capital Projects management experience is critical for implementation of the recently-passed $98.4M building program. The School Business Executive reports directly to the Superintendent, and supervises a staff of 14 persons who lead and support the business functions of the district.
Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Certification by New York State as School District Administrator, School Business Administrator, or School District Business Leader. Alternatively, meeting the City of Ithaca Civil Service requirements displayed on www.icsd.k12.ny.us.
Salary
90,000-130,000 with competitive fringe benefits.
