Job Description
This is a highly-confidential position, responsible for developing, implementing, managing and objectively administering every aspect of personnel function (certified and civil service) for the school district. Reporting directly to the Superintendent and serving as a key member of the district's Administrative Team, the Director of HR & Labor Relations is assisted by an HR Specialist and 4 clerical positions.
Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Certification by New York State as School District Administrator, or, alternatively, by meeting the City of Ithaca Civil Service requirements displayed on www.icsd.k12.ny.us.
Salary
90,000-130,000 with competitive fringe benefits.
