Job Description
Reporting to the CEO, the director will oversee all fundraising efforts including individual and institutional giving, as well as events and program development. As the organization's first and lead fundraiser, you will set goals, develop strategies, create timelines, assign responsibilities and implement plans. Incumbent will actively seek to develop a wide variety of donors and professional advisors from different arenas and work to cultivate and sustain those relationships.
Job Qualifications
A BS degree and 4+ years serving in a development generalist role. Experience working in a start-up environment and established relationships/knowledge of the NJ/PA/NY giving community is highly preferred.
