Job Description
The University of MD's College of Agriculture and Natural Resources is seeking a coordinator (Information Technology Webmaster) to design, develop and maintain informational web sites and assist with graphic presentations in the department of Animal and Avian Sciences. The Coordinator will develop and maintain server databases to support interactive content. Additional duties will include development of written material, graphic artistry and video content for web pages and poster/pamphlet presentations.
Job Qualifications
BS in a related field (information technology, computer science, advertising, extension education) with 6 years experience in web design and development using HTML, XHTML, Java Script, and CSS. Experience with Coldfusion MX or higher, Dreamweaver MX or higher is required as well as with MySqul, php, apache, and MS Access.
The Ideal candidate will have experience in graphic art as well as excellent communication skills.
