Job Description
Small, family-run vineyard/winery on the western shore of Seneca Lake, Finger Lakes region, NY. Will work under limited supervision and on their own initiative to perform all customer service and public relations job responsibilities related to tasting room hospitality and support, retail and websites sales and marketing, and product shipments.
Job Qualifications
* Prior retail, sales and consumer service experience required.
* Experience and desire to work with customers--consumer hospitality required.
* Ability to operate standard office equipment, including personal computers.
* Working knowledge of computer software including word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) management.
* Strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines while working on numerous on-going projects simultaneously.
