Job Description
Will manage a field district and educate Shareholders in producing a premium quality sugar beef crop by advising on land preparation, planting, maintaining and harvesting the crop, including variety selection, chemical recommendations and application procedures. Responsibility for harvest operations, including planning, scheduling, piling and storage of beets, and supervising employees.
Job Qualifications
BS in Agriculture or related field with 3-5 years experience in an agricultural related environment.
Must possess strong skills in the following areas:
- building positive relationships
- communication skills - verbal, written, electronic
- ability to manage up to 6 people
- problem solving skills
- self motivated
