Job Description
Gain experience and knowledge within the Quality function while providing support to a growing plant environment. Will interface with headquarters, plants, and employees within a bargaining unit environment.
Responsible for the leadership of the plant's quality function to include laboratory, weight control, Quality Systems Management, sanitation, pest control, and compliance.
Job Qualifications
BS Food Science. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality leadership role and in operations/quality/technical (R/D). Strong leadership and technical skills required with preference for prior dairy. Advanced knowledge of quality systems, procedures, & policies. Handle multiple assignments, develop work plans, & prioritize. Knowledge of statistical processes.
