Will perform daily laboratory duties and run the assurance quality program related to the production of dairy products.
Job Qualifications
Right candidate will be detailed and able to follow strict laboratory procedures under sanitary conditions. Will be able to follow up on certain projects as assigned, be self reliant and motivated, and mostly have good potential for learning new skills. Knowledge of Excel, Word, Publisher, and/or PowerPoint a plus. Should also be able to use good judgement and be a good communicator.
