* Will provide leadership to develop S&T organizational practices consistent with the production of new knowledge.
* Initiate S&T Organizational Benchmarking
* Establish Communities of Practice
* Develop Human Intellectual Capital
* Build and maintain connectivity with Competitive Intelligence department, Marketing Research department, Knowledge Management, and Sensory and Consumer Guidance
* Begin Knowledge Mapping in the S&T organization
* Develop a measurement metric
* Develop internal catalogs
* Act as a Learning Center
Job Qualifications
* Degree in food or applied science, psychology, or business
* 5-10 years in a technical or innovation role
* Multi-disciplined team involvement
