Job Description
The 4-H Youth Development Program Leader of Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Genesee County will coordinate all programming efforts and provide leadership for the 4-H Youth Development Staff. The 4-H Youth Development Program Leader will serve as a senior member of the Association's Management Group and will report directly to and work closely with the Executive Director.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Education Required: Masters Degree in a content area in youth development related field; or a Masters Degree in Management with a Bachelors Degree in a content area in youth development, or a PhD in a related field.
Minimum Experience: Four years of relevant work experience required. A PhD may substitute for two years of experience. Preference for experience in an educational setting and a 4-H youth development position. Successful leadership experience also required.
