Job Description

OnCard Marketing is looking for a driven and entrepreneurial individual to lead and expand our software development activities. We're looking for a technically savvy manager/developer who can drive technical projects and provide leadership for a group of 6+ engineers in a fast paced environment. This role has operational and strategic responsibilities to ensure that the technical elements and engineering initiatives meet specified milestones and schedules.

Job Qualifications

He/she is required to have a background in software engineering and demonstrated strong experience in N-Tier architecture and development with most of the following technologies: Java, J2EE, CORBA, WebServices, XML, network protocols, etc.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience plus 10+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture, systems integration, software design and software development.
