Job Description

-Participate as a member of the WSU Extension team in the Kittitas County Extension Office, and collaborate with faculty and staff at the county, district, and state levels on interdisciplinary and multi-disciplinary programs as appropriate to the audience and issues.
-Conduct comprehensive need or opportunity assessments and provide leadership for planning, conducting, and evaluating educational programs for 4-H Youth Development audiences.
-Provide relevant research based information in Youth Development to youth, families, volunteers, and community stakeholders to increase the effective use and timely adoption of proven educational practices and technologies.

Job Qualifications

Earned Master's Degree at time of application with either a graduate or undergraduate degree in education, human development, or other field closely related to youth development.
