Job Description
The program specialist will focus on Adventure Based Learning and Urban Camping. Position will be responsible for the development and implementation of Adventure Club Program, Archaeology Program, and continuing relationships with individuals in the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Greater Milwaukee.

Job Qualifications
Ideal candidates will posses a BS in recreation, education or a related field. Additionally applicants should possess a lifeguard certification, and have significant experience in facilitating ropes and challenge courses. One year working with children from diverse populations is preferred.
